Our managed helpdesk has moved

Support tickets now live in our new helpdesk, fully integrated with the rest of Ekosystem. Submit new tickets and view your ticket history at helpdesk.krystal.io.

• Logging in

  Use the same email address you've always used. If you already use other Krystal services, your existing password will work too. If not, choose “Reset password” on the login page to set a new one.

• Keep your account secure

  We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication once you've logged in.

• Prefer email?

  Nothing changes. Keep using the same support addresses you always have.
